What To Expect At Sage Fitness

Sage Fitness is dedicated to quality movement re-education utilizing the Pilates and GYROTONIC® systems in a one-on-one training environment.

Sage Fitness is an ideal environment for fitness/wellness programs. Our instructors teach exercise routines specifically catered to each client’s needs. Movement education routines are individually tailored to help each client reach their goals of physical balance, strength and flexibility.

First and foremost, posture and alignment are the focus of every session. Each client’s “core” center is engaged and worked during their session. Clients learn to develop serious abdominal strength to support all body conditioning movements. Asymmetries, imbalances, structural weaknesses and past or current injuries are addressed to help shape each client’s session.

Whether a beginner or an advanced student, clients get a challenging session to help them reach their optimum physical goals.

Results from studying at Sage Fitness® include stronger abdominal and back muscles, toner, leaner body, improved overall flexibility, improved posture and rehabilitation of current or chronic injuries.

The certified Pilates and GYROTONIC® instructors at Sage Fitness® are hand-selected by Sage Fitness founder / senior instructor Pamela Warshay. Their diverse backgrounds in movement and dance education make them well–rounded teaching professionals with a passion for health and well being  that they pass on to their clients.
