Pamela Warshay began teaching in 1994 and founded Sage Fitness® in 1998. She has dedicated her New York City facility to quality Pilates and Gyrotonic movement education programs. Allyson Gracie began her Pilates & Yoga practice in the mid-‘90’s while working in Corporate America, primarily to reduce stress. Anneke Hansen, a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, draws on her background as a professional dancer and choreographer and former competitive figure skater to create unique training programs that allow her clients to experience a more pleasurable and dynamic range of movements and activities in all aspects of their lives. Juju Stulbach is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Rhythm, movement, art have always been a central part of her life and were always intertwined with the many aspects of nature that surrounded her; especially the ocean.
