Baby Wrist Syndrome 
(De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis)
This 90 minutes workshop teaches exercises addressing:
Pain/soreness in the wrist, hand, thumb and/or forearm
wrist “clicking”
grip weakness
Topics addressed include:
Proper wrist alignment
Building upper limb strength and flexibility
Self massage and self traction
Ergonomically neutral wrist positions
This workshop was developed by Pamela Warshay, while she was afflicted with
de Quervain’s Tenosynovitis (baby wrist) as a new mom. She devised this exercise
series, which alleviated the chronic pain she developed from holding her baby.
Her pain was alleviated in less than one week with this protocol.
