Classic Pilates Mat repertoire is infused with elements of Functional Conditioning and Indian Club Swinging. This 45 minute class is tailored to the participants needs.
We use the magic circle, weighted roll-up bar, classic Pilates floor mat with foot strap, free weights, thero-bands and the weight of our own bodies. I view this class as weekly vitamins to get you through the rest of the week.

Created by Pamela Warshay, Complete Clubs® is a full body workout utilizing Indian Club Swinging. Pamela has developed a modern workout through updating swinging patterns and sequencing while adding a lower body component to the exercises. Complete Clubs® optimizes upper body strength, length and range of motion. It’s an effective and safe workout that gets your arms and back stronger while improving trunk stabilization and alignment. Complete Clubs is a non impact cardiovascular workout.
Indian Club Swinging has applications for everyone, whether you’re overcoming a shoulder injury, a parent needing more strength to hold and carry your growing child or an avid rock climber! The workout helps with wrist and hand issues like carpal tunnel syndrome to sporting goals such as improving your swim stroke or finessing your golf or tennis game.

Initiated and developed by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), Sage Fitness is now offering Pilates 4 Youth programming. Classes are held for children currently 10 and up.
This Mat based program is structured with floor exercises appropriate for children in middle childhood and early adolescence. Curriculum is guided on the protocols of the PMA initiative. Pilates 4 Youth is an opportunity to teach children exercises that will also build confidence during this "magic window" period of childhood where they are open to grasp concepts that can last a lifetime.
Developing body awareness and conditioning, Pilates 4 Youth will enhance your child's physical activity in sports and dance or be an excellent stand alone healthy activity.
Per session, children build on a repertoire of exercises, so by the final class they will have a personalized exercise program they can practice at home
